2027 EEF Pre-Registration Terms of Service

  • In Person Meetings Waiver & Code of Conduct:
    • WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I hereby forever hold th Women Presidents Organization (WPO) harmless, and, release and waive my right to bring suit against the WPO and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, Chapter Chairs, members or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19, or other illnesses, related to attending in-person meetings or events. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
    • CODE OF CONDUCT: The WPO is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all attendees and staff. All participants, speakers, vendors, organizers and volunteers are expected to act with integrity and treat each other with respect and kindness. This applies to all WPO-related events, including those sponsored by organizations other than the WPO but held in conjunction with WPO events. The WPO has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment. The WPO reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the conference without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: The deadline for a partial refund is Friday, March 26th, 2027, at 11:59 PM EST. You will be refunded your registration fee minus an administrative fee of $125 USD. No refunds for any amount will be processed for cancellations made after 11:59 PM EST on Friday, March 26th, 2027. I agree to these cancellation terms.
  • Email Communications Consent: I give the WPO explicit consent to send me emails regarding this event.
  • Photo & Video Release: I give the WPO, and its related entities, permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the Women Presidents Organization activities. I agree that the Women Presidents Organization has complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose consistent with the Women Presidents Organization’s mission. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release the WPO and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. I have read and understood this consent and release.
  • Pre-Registration: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I understand that the 2027 EEF pre-registration offer is valid through May 31st, 2026.
